Amit brings over 26 years of leadership experience across India's financial services and capital markets industry. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in building and scaling investment businesses, driving business transformation, and delivering customer-centric innovation at leading institutions including Motilal Oswal, Axis Securities, SBICAP Securities and Tata Digital. At Shriram Financial Services, he is leading the vision of building India's most trusted investment platform, combining the strength of the Shriram legacy with modern digital capabilities and personalised advice to help millions of Indians achieve their long-term financial goals.

Mohit brings over 15 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry to Shriram Financial Services. He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Madras and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Cost and Management Accountant from ICMAI.

Further strengthening his leadership and management credentials, Mohit completed the Executive Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a proud alumnus of IIM-A.

He started his professional career in 2011 with PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently moved to Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He specialises in Statutory Audit and SOX Compliance, with work experience of around 4 years with the Big 4 accounting firms.

He started his corporate career with Shriram Group in 2015 and was part of the strategic decision-making & digital initiative team in their NBFC arm, Shriram City Union Finance Limited. In June 2023, he moved to the holding company, Shriram Capital Private Limited, and is working closely with the Group Leadership team.

Dr. Ali brings over 35 years of multifaceted experience spanning law enforcement, governance, academia, and corporate advisory. A retired IPS officer and a distinguished leader, he holds a PhD, an MBA in Finance, and a Master's in Chemistry. He served as Director General of Police, Tripura, and as Special Director at the CBI, and founded Fourth Force, a leading risk management and background verification firm.

Jayashree brings over 30 years of diverse and extensive experience in the finance industry. A retired banker and risk management consultant, she holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, and a PGDM from IIM Bangalore, where she was a gold medallist (1986-88).

She began her career as a Management Consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Company, working on market research, feasibility studies and government projects. She then spent 15 years with ICICI Limited and ICICI Bank in corporate and government banking, handling project finance, working capital lending and asset reconstruction across multiple sectors. From 2007 to 2015, she worked as a consultant with Pro-active Solutech Limited, focusing on feasibility studies, equity valuation and risk management in the NBFC sector. Her last role was Director - Projects at Shriram Foundation (2015-2018), where she managed CSR initiatives in education and skill development.

Jayashree has also served on the boards of several companies, including during her tenure with ICICI Bank and Shriram Asset Management Company Limited (2014-2024). She brings deep expertise in banking, financial services, risk management, corporate governance, and strategic advisory, making her a valuable contributor to board oversight and organisational growth.
